GOVERNMENT TECHNICAL EXAMINATION

LIST OF MALPRACTICE AND PUNISHMENT FOR THE SAME AS RECOMMENDED BY THE COMMITTEE

1.Candidate attempting to disclose the identity by writing the Name or examination Centre or Institute or Register number.                The result of that Examination shall be cancelled.
2.Exceeding time limit.
3.Writing Appeals.
4.Possession of materials relating to the Examination.
5.Candidate appearing for English but written Tamil question paper code on wrapper and vice versa but answered for the due question paper code as per the nominal roll.
6.Appeared Pre-Junior typewriting Examination not through approved Institute.
7.Difference in the name written on fly slip with the nominal roll.
8.If answer sheet is not enclosed/ tied in the wrapper Sheet.
9.If the candidate has not written the dictation in shorthand instead he/she has written in longhand.
10.Irrelevant answer.            The result of that Examination shall be cancelled.
11.Using the Question paper as answer book.
12.Change of Typewriting machine without the knowledge of the Chief Superintendent and Hall Superintendent.
13.Candidates appearing more than one grade in the same subject at the same sitting (FEB/AUG) of exam.
14.Candidates appearing same grade in the same subject at the same sitting (FEB/AUG) of exam from more than one institution.
15.A Private Candidate applied for the same subject in the same grade or different grade more than once.
16.Candidates from the same institution applied for more than one grade in the same subjectCurrent   exam    in    that               subject is cancelled. Institution is severely warned and approval may be cancelled if repeated.
17.Appearing for the Examination without requisite qualification.      In addition to the cancellation of the results of that examination, the candidate shall be debarred for the very next examinations.
18.Attaching the answer script of the I Paper along with the script of II Paper.
19.Candidate taking the answer scripts with him out of the examination hall.
20.Possession of material related to the examination and copying.
21.Answering the question paper not pertaining to the Batch.
22.Misbehaviour in the Examination Hall by the Candidate.              In addition to the cancellation of the results of that examination shall be debarred for the very next two examinations.
23.Inserting additional sheet typed/written by any person other than the candidates.
24.Usage of Answer book/additional sheet not supplied by the Department.
25.Usage of electronic gadgets for recording information related to examination.
26.Candidates with same registration number for the same subject appearing in more than one batch in the same center.
27.Enclosing of more than one answer sheet.
28.Any Malpractice is repeated in GTE.
29.Candidate applied for one subject and appears for more than one subject.Result may be declared only for the subject applied.
30.ImpersonationDebarment for any period deemed fit.
31.Candidate reappearing for already passed subject.Debarment for any period deemed fit.
32.Any other Malpractice that are not covered by this schedule.Shall be considered by the committee by merit and dealt with suitably.
